Acacia Community Announcement 2023-24-10 Dated 09\/25\/2023<\/strong>
\nRe: Michaelmas Obstacle Course and Faculty and Staff Fundraising Concert<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dear Parents and Guardians,<\/p>\n

We will have our annual Michaelmas Obstacle Course, as well as a launch of Acacia\u2019s 20th Anniversary on Friday, September 29.<\/p>\n

Students from Classes 1 and up will take turns to go through an obstacle course on campus specially prepared by Class 9. All students can be picked up from school at 12:30 P.M.<\/p>\n

Some obstacles will allow the students to get muddy and\/or wet. Here are a few reminders:<\/p>\n

1. We suggest for your child to wear comfortable outdoor attire, such as jogging pants\/leggings, a plain dark color loose shirt, and washable footwear.<\/p>\n

Please have them pack a bath towel, an extra set of clothes and underwear, and a bag for soiled clothes.<\/p>\n

2. Students may have a quick rinse at the school’s designated areas before they go home. They are advised to have a more thorough shower as soon as they get home.<\/p>\n

Families and older children are also invited to support and watch our first faculty and staff fundraising concert at the Farm Shed at 6:00 P.M. on Friday.<\/p>\n

There will be food for sale at school right before the concert.<\/p>\n

To protect the students\u2019 anticipation for this event, we ask our parents not to discuss details of the obstacle course to your children. Your child’s Main or Sponsor Teacher will share more details with the respective classes.<\/p>\n

\nRe: New AWS Vehicle Stickers

Dear AWS Community,<\/p>\n

We are pleased to inform you that new AWS vehicle stickers for SY 2023-24 are now available at the Administration Office. Please look for Madelle and kindly submit the following requirements in order to avail of the AWS vehicle sticker:
\n1. Photocopy of OR\/CR of each vehicle
\n2. Signed Application Form (available at the school guard)
\n3. \u20b1200 payment for each vehicle sticker
\n4. We have 2 kinds of vehicle stickers now, for inside the windshield and\/or for outside the windshield. Please indicate which kind of vehicle sticker you prefer. 5. Please take note that only enrolled families and AWS employees may avail of AWS vehicle sticker\/s.<\/p>\n

Ms. Madelle will be at the Administration office to assist you at these times:<\/p>\n

Mondays-Fridays

\n12:30-1:30 P.M.
\n3:00-4:00 P.M.<\/p>\n
