Che Ann first encountered Waldorf Steiner education when she attended the Intensive Early Childhood Education course of Rudolf Steiner Education in the Philippines (RStEP) with Bella Tan in 2007.  She was attracted to Waldorf Steiner education as a parent because of its holistic view of the human being embedded in its pedagogy.  Soon, she was invited to teach in AWS, She was a Kindergarten Assistant for a year before she became Class 1 Main Teacher for Kawayan Class. She completed a full teaching cycle of being a Main Teacher of Kawayan class from Class 1 up to Class 8.  She is now on her second teaching cycle and as Main Teacher of Bahaghari class.

Che Ann is a mother of four – two boys and twin girls. Apart from being a mother and an educator, Che Ann supports her husband in a small business.
