Rajin believes that every child is unique and wonderful. Her goal as an educator is to help and inspire her learners to become the best that they can be and live without judgment in this society. Before being an AWS teacher, she was an elementary and preschool teacher for almost 4 years in private Catholic schools in Laguna.
Rajin learned about the Waldorf education through her family relatives. As she was observing and learning the Waldorf pedagogy, she was encouraged to continue her passion to teach while also doing the things she loves such as crochet and arts. Before this school year, she has undergone Waldorf teacher training like Metamorphosis 2: The Education of the Will An Online Summer Intensive Teacher Training Program in the Philippines.
Rajin graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor in Elementary Education with a Specialization in Early Childhood Education at Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba and earned her license as Professional Teacher in the same year. Aside from being a teacher, she also manages her small crochet business.
